Power BI Analyst

We are looking for a Power BI Analyst to work for one of our clients an EU Institution based in Brussels. 

Your main duties will be the following:

• Building new BI dashboards and provide evaluative/corrective maintenance to the existing ones based on the changes requests received through the Change Advisory Board and the schedule. 
• Analizing data sources identifying relevant data and creating data models for reporting.
• Designing and creating visually appealing and interactive dashboards reports by using Power BIs tools. 
• Creating customized reports tailored to the stakeholders needs. 

Qualifications :

If you have:

• Masters degree 10 years of experience OR Bachelors degree 14 years of experience. 
• Practical knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Power BI Kibana QuickSight DAX Query SQL Python M Query Language Power Query)
• Practical knowledge of Power BI report performance optimization techniques (e.g. query folding optimizing visuals minimizing data models).
• Familiarity with Power BI Administration such as gateways user/report access and workspaces.
• Good knowledge of different sources integration into Power BI (including relational DBs JSON format website analytics).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into visualization for better decisionmaking.
• Good communication skills very good command of English.
