Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Engineering Manager who excels in both technical expertise and people management. The ideal candidate will possess indepth knowledge of CI/CD best practices AWS Computing Services and ability to deliver applications and services at high velocity. This individual will play a key role in leading and managing a team of talented engineers while also contributing handson to technical projects.

- Drive the automation of deployment configuration management and monitoring processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Oversee the design deployment and management of the organizations build applications.
- Select and implement appropriate DevOps tools and platforms. Evaluate and select thirdparty tools and services that align with the organizations needs and goals.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of outages or disasters.
- Drive root cause investigations seeking the primary cause of the unexpected event no matter where it lies.
- Work with productmanagement development design support andother dev teams to create highqualitysolutions.
- Manage departmentalresources staffing mentoring andenhancing and maintaining a bestofclassengineeringteam.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies best practices and coding standards.
- Experience developing and executing a strategic vision for various DevOps or SRE functions.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation tools such as Terraform Ansible or Chef.
- Preferred proficiency in AWS GitHub Jenkins and Nexus.
- Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams including hiring mentoring and performance evaluation.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6 years ofexperience implementing and managing DevOps and
- CI/CD practices in largescale environments.

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $147300 $257800 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
