Internship- Rooms

The Auberge Resorts internship program is designed to provide you with handson experience mentorship and exposure to the world of luxury hospitality. As a Rooms Intern training you will have the opportunity to begin your career the same way that many of our Auberge leaders began their hospitality journey. 

The program consists of work experience and professional development opportunities that are intended to prepare you for postgraduate opportunities. 

Rooms Front Office Intern

• Gain experience in guest relations checkin/checkout procedures and concierge services.
•  Learn about reservation systems and assist in managing guest inquiries. 

• Rooms Housekeeping Intern
  • Learn about the standards of cleanliness and presentation in a luxury hotel.
  • Assist in housekeeping operations and quality control.
• Human Resources  Talent & Culture Intern
  • Gain insights into recruitment employee relations and training programs.
  • Assist in HR processes and contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in a relevant hospitality or culinary program or recent graduate.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in luxury dining.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
