Job Description

Visa Direct is a payment service that Visa provides to clients (issuers acquirers processors merchants and service providers) to facilitate crossborder and domestic fund transfers/disbursements to Cards Accounts and Wallets addressing needs of the markets through variety of the use cases (i.e. P2P B2B. B2C).
This role will report into the Head of Visa Direct GTM and Commercialization CEMEA. The individual will contribute to Visa Direct products commercialization strategy and across CEMEA. This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a new ecosystem in the fastmoving world of payment and one of the key growth pillars in CEMEA business.
The role will be responsible for covering the complete span of the product/platforms commercialization sizing the opportunity thinking through and building the product strategy in line with the market business objectives identifying use cases and solutions engaging internal and external stakeholders to deploy Visa Direct solutions. The role holder must possess a unique blend of product management commercialization and business analysis/implementation skills as well have intimate understanding of payments mobile technology consumer behavior and Visas business. The role will work cross functionally with other functional teams in the markets and coordinate the product roadmap and learnings from the wider regional Visa Direct teams.
It is a fast paced agile environment so this person must be proactive and excel with internal and external partners to ensure we achieve our goals.
He/she will be a highly motivated energetic individual that thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment and relishes the opportunity to win new business using a valuebased selling approach.
Visa is looking for an experienced leader with an outstanding commercialization track record. In addition to Visa and payment industry knowledge required outstanding product management and interpersonal skills are critical.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at
least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA
JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of payments and money movement industry related
experience including commercialization of the products and platforms in
domestic and crossborder payments across cards accounts and wallets
Creative Selfstarter with a bias toward action and proven track record for
successfully developing building launching and commercializing technology
products and platforms including valueadded services (i.e. aliasbased
payments requesttopay etc.
Visa or financial/payment industry knowledge required push payments or real
time payments experience is a must
Previous consulting or product management experience in banking and an
advanced degree are strongly preferred
Strong B2B2C product and platform commercialization experience as well as
B2B Sales/Solutioning experience
Advanced understating of risk compliance IT security legal and other
product/platform deployment aspects
Previous GoToMarket strategy development and are required
including sizing pricing narratives distribution channels building awareness
and product usage components
Strong project and product management skills
Excellent problemsolving skills with a strong focus on delivering for clients
Excellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad
audience in an approachable way to drive adaption
Possess a high level of professionalism and leadership skills to build business
relationships trust and respect with business partners and suppliers
Strong team player selfmotivated and the ability to work independently at
coordinating across functional activities obtain buyin and elevate issues at
critical junctures appropriately
