Your Impact:
As Portfolio Revenue Manager you will lead the charge in developing and executing innovative revenue management strategies that drive growth and profitability for Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains and Leura Gardens Resort while assisting with the broader portfolio. Your analytical expertise and leadership will influence pricing distribution forecasting and team performance across multiple locations.
What Youll Do:
- Design and implement revenue management best practices to optimise profitability.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
- Manage pricing strategies inventory and distribution partnerships to maximise revenue.
- Maintain a seamless website booking experience that delights guests.
- Deliver insightful forecasts budgets and performance reports to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with sales marketing reservations and hotel teams to align strategies.
- Lead mentor and inspire the Revenue team to excel and grow.
Qualifications :
