We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent & Culture Manager to join our team in Mumbai India. As a key member of our Human Resources department you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizations culture driving employee engagement and implementing strategic talent management initiatives.
- Develop and execute the annual Talent & Culture (T&C) Department Business Plan aligning it with overall organizational goals
- Lead recruitment efforts to meet talent needs ensuring compliance with company guidelines and best practices
- Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement satisfaction and retention
- Oversee performance management processes including goal setting feedback and development planning
- Drive T&C solutions such as reward and recognition programs employee wellbeing initiatives and leadership development
- Manage the salary review process and ensure competitive compensation practices
- Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement datadriven solutions
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and optimize workforce planning
- Foster a diverse inclusive and positive work environment that aligns with the companys values and culture
- Stay updated on HR trends employment laws and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Talent & Culture or HR leadership role preferably in a corporate environment
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition performance management and employee engagement best practices
- Experience with HR analytics and proficiency in using HRIS and data analysis tools
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
- Indepth understanding of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing diversity equity and inclusion initiatives
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR software systems
- Certification in HR (e.g. SHRMCP/SCP HRCI PHR/SPHR) is a plus
