12Years experience as Telecom Presales Consultant playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and technical teams. Very good understanding of Telecom Domain Experience handling Proactive Proposals RFP/RFI. Ability to work with Client team in understanding their business problems and work with Technical team in building proposals to address client needs.
Qualifications :
- Understanding Client Needs: Engaging with potential clients to understand their requirements and challenges in telecom BSS/OSS portfolio.
- Solution Development: Designing tailored solutions that meet client specifications often involving collaboration with engineering and product teams.
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Delivering compelling presentations to showcase how solutions can solve client problems.
- Technical Support: Providing technical expertise during the sales process addressing any questions or concerns that may arise.
- Proposal Writing: Creating detailed proposals that outline the proposed solutions including technical specifications timelines and pricing.
- Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position the companys solutions.
- Training and Support: Sometimes involved in training sales teams on technical aspects of products and solutions.
- Clients: Exposure to North American Telco clients is a plus. Expertise in managing Telco captives.
