Senior Healthcare Assistant

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant youll play a vital part in the daytoday support of residents leading by example and providing guidance to your fellow care team members. Youll ensure that care is always delivered with empathy professionalism and a personal touchhelping every resident feel safe respected and truly at home.

What Youll Need

  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or Senior in a care home setting
  • A genuine passion for providing personcentred care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Confidence in taking initiative and guiding others
