Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Are you someone who loves turning process maps into real working systems As our Process & Systems Analyst you ll be the Workflow Alchemist transforming updated business processes into powerful seamless workflows within Zoho and other business tools. You ll make sure our systems don t just function they flow with purpose and efficiency.
We re looking for a systemsavvy problem solver who can connect the dots between what people need and what the system can do. You know how to build automations customize apps and shape tools that make everyday work easier. RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems Design & Customization
Collaborate with business units to understand updated workflows and translate them into system requirements
Configure and customize applications to reflect approved process updates
Build and maintain automated workflows approval logic custom forms and reports to support operational and business objectives
Process Optimization Within Systems
Analyze the system implications of process changes ensuring configurations reflect updated flows and eliminate redundancies
Work with Process Readiness Analysts to align system functionalities with newly designed or improved business processes
Ensure the systems remain userfriendly and intuitive while meeting the needs of both users and business stakeholders
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other validation activities for system updates and new features
Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide feedback to development teams for resolution
Assist in change rollout by preparing documentation training materials and system walkthroughs
Proactively monitor system usage data integrity and workflow performance
Recommend enhancements and automation opportunities to improve system efficiency and reduce manual interventions
Track and report key system and workflow metrics to relevant stakeholders
Crossfunctional Collaboration
Partner with developers QA and business stakeholders to ensure systems are aligned with strategic objectives
Participate in Design Thinking workshops sprint reviews and planning sessions to provide insights on systems capabilities and limitations.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in systems analysis business systems support or any related role
- Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering Business Management Information Systems or a related field
- Handson experience configuring and managing Zoho applications (CRM Recruit Creator Desk etc. is highly preferred
- Strong grasp of workflow design systems logic and process automation
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g. Lucidchart MS Visio) and understanding of BPMN is a plus
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Must be able to work from Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM with the occasional shift adjustment to help collaborate with our Colombia office
- Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati/BGC offices
