A long-established and trusted global brokerage is looking for a skilled and reliable Trading Systems Engineer to join their team in London. If youre passionate about technology thrive in fast-paced environments and have solid experience supporting trading platforms this could be a great opportunity.
Location: Hybrid London
Responsibilities:
As a Trading Systems Engineer your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the daily operation and performance of trading platforms
- Install configure and maintain trading infrastructure hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to trading systems
- Provide hands-on support for MT4 and MT5 platforms
- Manage Data Centers and monitor system performance
- Test deploy and manage plugins
- Maintain accurate documentation for systems and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (installation configuration maintenance)
- Experience working in VMware environments
- Understanding of firewalls and network security protocols
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Extensive experience with MT4 and MT5 trading platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
