What youll do:
- Identify prospect and close new business opportunities in the midmarket segment.
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closing.
- Build strong relationships with key decisionmakers understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Navigate change and ambiguity with confidence finding creative solutions to roadblocks in a dynamic SaaS environment.
- Crush your quota by consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success to optimize lead generation and customer retention efforts.
- Responsible for 2030 selfsourced pipeline generation as a complement to inbound marketing and SDR generated leads.
Who you are:
- You have a minimum of 3 years in SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- You thrive on finding and closing new business opportunities.
- Youre comfortable with change and can pivot quickly to meet shifting priorities or market dynamics.
- Youre ambitious selfmotivated and love a good challenge.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- You collaborate well across teams while maintaining ownership of your goals.
- You have a deep understanding of business operations and can align solutions with clients strategic goals
