Join us as a Lettings Negotiator Join a Dynamic Team in the heart of Wimbledon!
Are you ready to take your career in property to the next level Were on the hunt for an ambitious and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our thriving Wimbledon office a highperforming team in one of Londons most competitive and exciting rental markets.

As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Wimbledon you will receive:
- Up to 40000 OTE per year depending on experience
- Uncapped commission
- Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*
- Fulltime working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week and 9am to 5pm every other Saturday

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Wimbledon:
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generating new leads through canvassing door knocking and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor
