Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings
Location: Liphook GU30
Salary: OTE 35000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

Worth Recruiting is working with a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency based in Liphook GU30 known for its strong local presence across Hampshire and Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join a professional and friendly team.
Whether youre already in lettings or have transferable sales or customer service experience this role offers the perfect entry point or progression opportunity in residential lettings.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating rental offers between landlords and tenants
- Assisting with tenancy applications and referencing
- Liaising with landlords tenants and property managers
- Ensuring properties comply with current lettings legislation
- Maintaining regular communication with clients
- Meeting and exceeding personal and office targets
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in lettings estate agency sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Smart professional appearance and articulate speech
- Ambitious target-driven and self-motivated
- Local knowledge of Liphook and surrounding area is a plus
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential
