What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lettings department
- Managing and developing a team of lettings professionals
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Ensuring compliance and best practices across all lettings activities
- Driving business growth through networking and proactive lead generation
- Meeting and exceeding branch and individual performance targets
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Several years of experience in residential lettings (essential)
- Strong knowledge of the lettings process
- ARLA qualification (beneficial)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to manage motivate and develop a team
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets
- Strong rapport-building and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the Reigate area (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
