What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generating new business and winning high-quality instructions
- Conducting market appraisals and valuations for residential lettings
- Managing and listing properties on behalf of landlords
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and tenants
- Maintaining strong relationships within the local property market
- Working alongside the lettings team to achieve targets and business growth
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator
- Strong listing and valuation skills with a record of winning instructions
- Excellent sales ability and communication skills
- High level of customer service and professional telephone manner
- Well-presented ambitious self-motivated and energetic
- Knowledge of the Haslemere area is beneficial
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- A professional approach and passion for estate agency
