In this position you will deliver grant support outreach initiatives and technical assistance aimed at empowering communities nonprofit organizations state and local government agencies and individuals with their projects and management challenges related to recreation conservation and natural resources in Region 6. This area encompasses Erie Crawford Mercer Warren Venango Forest Clarion McKean Elk Jefferson and Clearfield counties. As the Regional Advisor your responsibilities will include acquiring and maintaining expertise in the principles and practices of environmental conservation natural resource management and recreational activities. You will also play a key role in developing and executing largescale partnership initiatives and conservation strategies evaluating and scoring grant applications and offering guidance on partnership frameworks grant models and general advice on recreation and conservation matters to stakeholders throughout the region.
