Role: Customer Success Manager (Dutch Market)

Location: Amsterdam

Language: Dutch English

Size and functions of local team: 2 CSMs are leaving 3 new CSMs to be hired!

Role description:

CSM for Dutch market within the Amsterdambased unit of Management Events. Manages client portfolio where companies invest 50K200K annually. Role supports onboarding engagement and retention through highvalue events.

  • Strong alignment with sales for renewals cross and upsell identification

  • Eventsfocused with responsibility for coaching clients on preparation and participation

  • Revenue contribution via indirect upsell; direct selling handled by Sales Managers

  • Portfolio management proactive client support and stakeholder engagement central to role

Unique about the company:

  • Newly integrated commercial model where CSMs report within sales a strategic pilot aimed at enhancing collaboration and retention

  • Opportunity to shape evolving CSM function within the largest EU business unit

  • Team led by a sales & CSM team manager promoting crossfunctional alignment

  • CSMs are primary contacts for highvalue B2B clients not support roles

Must haves:

Nice to haves:

  • Previous experience in CSM account management or sales support

  • Background in hospitality or events

  • Affinity with lead generation or B2B events

Salary range & secondary benefits:

  • Base:per month

  • Bonuses:

    • 1 on renewals

    • 2 on sponsored event elements

    • Up to 1500 per quarter in performance bonuses

  • Total potential:

    • 3.5K4K/month for average performers

    • 4K5.5K/month for top performers

  • No company car; potential for onboarding incentives discussed
