Experienced 2 years) in healthcare or highvolume food service
A natural leader 1 year in a leadership role
Skilled in food service logistics: procurement prep safety and kitchen operations
Detaildriven and organized with strong critical thinking skills

A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills

What Youll Be Doing:
From event planning to daytoday operations youll be a goto expert keeping Nutrition Services running smoothly. Youll support the team elevate patient and staff experiences and bring culinary visions to life. Heres what your impact looks like:
Oversee daily operations in assigned food service areas
Partner and lead staff in executing safe timely and highquality meal services
Coordinate catering for internal and external eventsmenus logistics and beyond
Work with clients to meet dietary needs preferences and budgets
Ensure presentation portions and food safety always meet our high standards
Serve as the point person for events from start to finish
Track budgets manage supplies and handle monthend documentation
Promote a culture of excellence integrity and teamwork across the Nutrition Services team

Shift:
Variable (United States of America)This role requires a flexible schedule that will generally follow a MondayFriday structure but will vary based on event needs.
Employees must be willing and able to work longer days (up to 12 hours) for scheduled dinners or special events. On lighter days with no events the workday may be shorter 45 hours).
Overtime may be necessary and team members are expected to manage their own schedules accordingly. Occasional weekend work (likely once a month) will be required and there may be travel to support events across our system.
Please note this is not a standard 95 role and flexibility is essential to the success of this position and the team.
