The Management Trainee Program is designed to find and prepare the next leaders in the company. In this fulltime entrylevel position you will experience an exciting 23 year rotational program with your training to take place in departments that best fit your skills while aligned with business needs. Departments may include Aftermarket Finance Marketing Human Resources Integrated Services Group and Store Management including Parts and Service.

What youll do

You will become engaged in the daytoday operations of different departments which will expose you to what makes a dealership operate thrive and succeed. You will be given projects in each department that will challenge you to think out of the box while taking our unique challenges into perspective. The end goal is to have you ready and equipped to take on a manager role at Stotz Equipment.






Qualifications

Must have high integrity loyalty be a team player excellent communicator both written and verbal organized and highly motivated
Ability to multitask effectively
stay organized and operate under stress
Must be able to provide robust customer service by displaying a positive attitude to ensure the highest customer satisfaction possible
Have the ability to adapt communications style to the person and/or situation
Constantly strive to improve knowledge of features of all equipment sold by the dealership
Must be able to pass a preemployment background check physical and drug screen
A Bachelors Degree Ability to excel in multiple departments
Some flex hours and travel required

Hearing ability is sufficient to communicate with others in person or over the phone.
Light to moderate lifting may be required (up to 50 pounds.
Ability to reach stoop kneel and bend as needed.
