Job Description:
Main Role: A Field service engineerinstalls maintains and repairs devices and systems at remote customer sites.
Based Location: Hyderabad India
Customer Sites: All over India
Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning & repair of Transformer & GIS monitoring equipments
- Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
- Document service activities and maintain records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Skills and requirements
- Wideranging knowledge of Testing & monitoring equipments used in Power substations.
- Knowledge of Power Electrical devices and Assets in the substations.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues on site.
- Ability to travel all over India as per remote customer sites.
