Job Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented Claims Coordinator to manage and process insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry previous liability experience and exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Review and process insurance claims within designated timelines
- Communicate with clients insurance companies and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for claims processing
- Verify accuracy and completeness of claim documentation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Assist in resolving any claim discrepancies or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all claims and related documentation
- Provide support to the claims team as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Claims Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and claim procedures
- Previous liability experience is required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $80K $100K (based on experience)
