Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and handson Director of Human Resources to lead and elevate our HR function. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership overseeing all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition employee relations performance management organizational development compensation and benefits compliance and HR operations and initiatives across our 500 employees and multiple regions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HR professional who can drive HR strategy while ensuring exceptional of daytoday operations. This position is based onsite at JSSIs Global Headquarters in Chicago.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and handson with a strong commitment to employee experience business alignment and operational excellence within a fastpaced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership & HR Vision
    • and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to support growth and organizational effectiveness.
    • as a business partner with lead a highperforming global HR team across the U.S. and the Philippines.
    • Organizational Design Leadership Development & Succession Planning
    • with executives to drive organizational design and change initiatives that support evolving business needs.
    • and implement leadership development programs and succession plans to ensure a strong internal pipeline for critical roles.
    • Global HR Operations & Vendor Management
    • a. Oversee international HR operations and employment structures including partnerships with Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) partnering with various departments.
    • relationships with global vendors and benefits providers to ensure consistent service delivery compliance and cost efficiency.
    • HR Technology Analytics & Process Optimization
    • a. Support the HR team in driving continuous improvement of HR systems and processes to enhance user experience scalability and operational efficiency.
    • data integrity and leverage HR analytics and reporting tools to enable datadriven decisionmaking and strategic workforce planning.
    • Talent Acquisition & Retention
    • a. Support staffing team for oversight of endtoend talent management efforts including recruitment onboarding and retention strategies.

    • Culture Engagement & Employee Experience

    • a. Working along with our compliance department with all applicable federal state local and international labor laws.
    • b. Maintain and update HR policies and handbooks to reflect legal cultural and organizational changes.
    • Employee Relations & Workplace Guidance
    • a. Provide guidance on employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance improvement.
    • b. Ensure consistent fair and valuesbased approaches to sensitive employee matters and organizational change management.

Desired Credentials:

    • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRMSCP SPHR) preferred but not required.
    • 812 years of progressive HR experience with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven experience in both strategic planning and tactical within HR.
    • Familiarity with employment laws and strong knowledge of HR best practices policies and procedures
    • Experience operating in a global company with a footprint in multiple regions.
    • Exceptional communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics.
At JSSI we are committed to rewarding our team members with competitive and comprehensive compensation packages that reflect their contributions and talent.
For this role the annual base pay generally ranges from $168000 to $195000 with the final offer determined by variable factors including but not limited to market location jobspecific knowledge skills education and experience. In addition your total rewards package may include an annual discretionary bonus plan or other form of additional compensation based on your role.
