DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT

With a strong grasp of digital marketing and donor engagement strategies you understand both the art and science of capturing attention in a crowded spaceand youre motivated by purpose impact and lasting change.

THE JOB
As a member of our Senior Leadership Team youll be the visionary and driving force behind FH Canadas national marketing brand and public engagement strategies. Youll lead a passionate team of creatives and strategists to:

  • Grow our digital footprint through innovative multichannel campaigns digital fundraising strategies and highimpact content.
  • Elevate our brand and build strong public trust through storytelling public relations and media engagement.
  • Engage new audiences and inspire action across Canadasupporters donors volunteers and beyond.
  • Support internal teams with compelling communication materials and creative strategy.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • A strategic mind with 7 years of marketing and communications leadership ideally in the nonprofit or social impact space.
  • Creative courage and a strong understanding of digital solutionssocial media web SEO/SEM analytics email marketing and lead generation.
  • A love for people and storytelling that is ethical equitable and valuesdriven.
  • A track record of cultivating cultures of learning innovation and high performance.
  • Expertise in campaign development (annual digital direct mail eventsbased) brand strategy and donor experience design.
