In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals in their journey towards mental health recovery. You will work with clients to develop and implement personalized service plans to address their specific needs and goals. Additionally you will provide transportation for clients as needed ensuring they have access to necessary resources and appointments. Your role will also involve assisting clients in managing daily stressors and building essential life skills to successfully integrate into the community and lead fulfilling lives. Your commitment to the wellbeing and success of each individual is crucial in creating a supportive and empowering environment for their growth and development.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Fulltime employment
- Work hours vary Sunday Saturday with a 30minute lunch
- This is a position at a 24 hour 7 days a week residential facility.
- Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Six months of experience as a Residential Program Trainee(Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of experience in a Human Services Agency working with the mentally disabled the elderly or children and youth; or
- Two years of college which includes courses appropriate to the Human Services field; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- You must pass a background investigation.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including but not limited to PA State Police clearance PA Child Abuse history clearance and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
