In this rewarding role you will provide instruction supervision and support to individuals in both facilitybased adult day program. About PathPoint: PathPoint is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people flourish. We partner with children adults and families to foster hope build life skills access support systems and form meaningful relationships. We serve communities across Kern Los Angeles San Luis Obispo Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00am4:00pm 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation: $24.00 per hour. If you are bilingual (Spanish or ASL) the starting wage is $24.30 per hour. The pay range for this position is $16.50$25.90. The pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors.

In this role youll develop personalized lesson plans and materials tailored to individual needs leading both inperson and remote classes while planning community outings and coordinating recreational activities. Youll conduct oneonone training sessions to set goals monitor progress and document outcomes while also supervising and coaching groups at work and volunteer sites to enhance their skills and work behaviors. Instruction will focus on sensorymotor skills communication cognition and socialemotional development along with support for personal hygiene and daily living activities. Youll implement behavioral support programs track data and collaborate on Individual Service Plans and PersonCentered Plans. Additionally youll ensure attendance manage supplies and maintain a safe environment.
