Job Description
1:1 PartTime Support Staff Needed Pulaski NY (CF FM)
A 36yearold male in Pulaski area is looking for a Direct Support Professional to assist him with money management being active in his community communication skills and health.
He enjoys watching tv especially NASCAR events. He enjoys a variety of recreational activities such as fishing hunting and trapping. He also enjoys cooking at his group home and using the BBQ grill when the weather is nice.
The ideal candidate should be active and willing to participate in outdoor recreational activities. The ideal candidate is willing to travel to different locations and is reliable.
This is a parttime position but additional hours are available with other people receiving services.

Hours and days of work: IRA open availability
Starting pay: Starting pay is $18/hour and increases with years of relevant experience.
Location: Pulaski NY
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work independently in the persons home and/or community.
- Reliable with effective communication and organizational skills
- No experience required but experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
- New York State Drivers license reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance is required; acceptable driving record required.
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community.
