Job Description
Lia Toyota Colonie is seeking a Receptionist to join our team.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $16$19/hour based on experience
SIGN ON BONUS: N/A
REQUIREMENTS:
- Organized and ambitious selfstarter
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Computer literacy
- Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
- Professional personal appearance & positive attitude
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Must have clean & valid drivers license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones and send to appropriate person
- Meet and greet customers when they walk in
- Alert proper person if customer has an appointment
- Automotive experience is helpful but we are willing to train the right person
