At Nomagic were on a mission to automate human repetitive manual tasks with intelligent robotics.
Were now looking for an Onsite robot tester who will test our solutions in a real warehouse in Italy.
Offer essentials:
- 1year long contract operating in Verona area
- Adventure mode opportunity to develop with us new robotic systems onsite

Some of the tasks you will take care of:
- Handle daily operations on our customers site
- Assist customers with issue resolution in a timely manner
- Create documentation and train local teams on how to handle robot operations and maintenance
- Deploy improvements to Nomagic software and hardware following instructions from our engineering team
- Conduct preventive and reactive maintenance of the hardware of our solution: suction system cabling etc
- Suggest improvements on processes maintenance and operations according to new learnings and errors
- Support data collection and analysis
What skills we like you to have:
- Excellent communication skills in English spoken and written Italian is a strong plus
- Technical or logistics background is a strong plus
- Capacity to interact with different systems in an efficient manner and quickly learn a new set of instructions
- Ability to handle simple hardware and software tasks
- Energy and handson attitude! Strive to get things done and find solutions whatever it takes
