Summary:
The Senior Director Human Resources Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources (HR) operations across multiple countries or regions ensuring consistency and compliance with global HR standards and driving operational efficiencies. This role requires a strategic leader who can align HR processes with organizational goals while ensuring the optimal management of HR functions on a global scale.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the operational work of HR including HR technology initiatives and implementation HR service delivery and process management and talent analytics. This person will lead the HR team that tackles operational activities to positively affect the business. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the CHRO and HR teams are fully supported and can focus on the organizations strategic initiatives and most pressing businessrelated talent needs.
