Work with Thermo Fisher Scientifics driven team impacting toptier scientific solutions as a Supplier Quality Engineer III.

A day in the Life:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies to ensure outstanding quality in all engineering projects.

  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of systems and processes to determine compliance with industry standards.

  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to support the successful implementation of quality improvements and innovations.

  • Analyze data and generate detailed reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.

  • Offer expert advice and mentorship on quality assurance standard methodologies encouraging a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Lead and mentor junior team members promoting an inclusive and encouraging working environment.

Education

  • Minimum Education Required: Bachelors degree in a scientific engineering or related field

Experience

  • At least five 5 years of experience in quality assurance or engineering within a regulated industry is required.

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities with strict adherence to deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis and technical writing focusing on attention to detail.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills encouraging collaboration and teamwork.

  • Advanced problemsolving skills with the ability to successfully navigate complex technical challenges.

  • Proficiency with quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
