Job Description

Position Overview:

The SingleFamily Portfolio & Servicing (SFPS) Business Technology Office (BTO) is seeking an Associate II Business Management professional who works daily with the Business Management team members to drive strategic business support executive reporting creative employee engagement solutions facilitate an entry level technical training program resource planning tracking and reporting using Microsoft Office.

Our Impact:

The SFPS BTO leads strategy and operations related to the post loan origination of singlefamily loans Freddie Mac purchases. We provide liquidity to the market; promote responsible lending and affordable equitable sustainable homeownership; and provide transformative technical solutions to the servicing industry.

Your Impact:

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables while supporting business management functions across the team.
  • Develop lighttouch highvalue processes that adapt and integrate activities across partner groups towards efficient of the strategy.
  • Opportunity to interact and collaborate with senior leaders across the division and enterprise in the planning coordination and support of a variety of business management activities.
  • Help drive our corporate strategy by incorporating appropriate industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a critical set of KPIs to inform the head of the division of the health of the organization and key strategic projects.
  • Deliver functions by establishing standards and governance fostering cohesion and driving automation with a customer centric approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required; degree in business Information Management/Computer Science or relevant field strongly preferred.
  • At least 13 years of professional work experience preferably within an IT organization.
  • Proficient core business management and project management skills (conceptualizing work breakdown driving task and delivering within timelines).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with track record of problem solving and decision making.
  • Business experience in a dynamic organization with previous experience in an operational or project management role in an application development environment.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (with Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
  • Proven experience analyzing various types of data (financial resources IT systems and applications etc. and producing executive level metrics and reports.
  • Knowledge of Tableau or Jira preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication and presentation skills
  • Provide daily support to senior colleagues while identifying potential opportunities for process and operational improvements.

This position has an annualized marketbased salary range of $62000 $94000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position experience skill set internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
