Are you a driven relationshipfocused banking professional with a passion for helping businesses grow Waukesha State Bank is seeking a Commercial Banker to develop and manage a strong portfolio of business clients. In this role youll leverage your networking skills community involvement and financial expertise to generate new commercial loans analyze credit applications and provide tailored banking solutions. From initial contact through closing and beyond youll serve as a trusted partner ensuring each client receives professional friendly and efficient service. With the support of our dedicated Commercial Operations team youll have the resources to build lasting relationships while making a direct impact on local businesses and our community.
Were looking for a motivated professional with at least four years of commercial lending experience and a strong understanding of commercial loan and cash management products. A background in SBA lending is a plus!
