ORTC LLC is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills fentanyl morphine etc. through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone and intensive oneonone and group counseling all in an outpatient setting.
Our treatment center hours are MF 5AM3 PM and rotating Sat 6AM11AM. Will work a 5 day a week 8 hour day and occasional Saturdays to support business needs.
Day in the Life
As an Assistant Program Director youll play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our opiate treatment programs at both our Eugene and Springfield locations.
Youll directly supervise our dedicated staff and ensure the smooth performance of our treatment centers in key areas such as operations staffing training compliance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Scheduling: Manage and schedule staff members ensuring they receive the necessary training and professional development.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of treatment services and evaluate client progress.
- Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to company policies state federal and accrediting agency regulations.
- Compliance & Quality: Maintain high standards of compliance safety and quality of care.
Minimum Requirements
- CADC II or Nursing License or bachelors degree in a related subject area from an accredited university.
- Competent leader with significant experience in the substance abuse treatment services across economically and culturally diverse communities.
- Management experience in operations compliance safety accreditation and quality of care.
- Meet Oregon state requirements to work in a substance abuse treatment facility.
- Must hold and maintain a valid drivers license.
