Position Overview:
About The Role:
- Tracks seasonal color labdips color trim developments and graphics developments in PLM system ensuring data integrity on both new and carryover fabrications.
- Orders colour standards from providers maintains master colour standard library.
- Provides weekly updates to crossfunctional team on seasonal colour and graphics developments.
- Maintains raw Materials colour library filing lab dips colour stanadards and approved graphics.
- Manages the export of approved colour and graphics from PLM to D365 system
- Shipping and receiving of colour standards and colour graphics submissions.
- Creates bulk standard cards for RM QA FG Sourcing Team.
About You:
- Degree in Textiles Textile Engineering or Fashion Design
- 13 years of work experience preferably with outdoor apparel industry with a working knowledge of the industry
- Highly organized and self sufficient
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills and aptitude
- Process driven and able to handle and prioritize multiple projects at once
- An actionoriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
- Collaborator with excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be flexible solution oriented and adaptive to changing priorities and quick turns.
- Knowledge of textile manufacturing process development and timelines
- Experience working with vendors outside of North America
- Fluent in English
- Strong IT skills (MS Office Illustrator PLM)
