Job Description

Are you a skilled CDL B Driver looking for a stable long-term opportunity with a reputable company Join a well-established building materials supplier in Acton MA and become part of a team that values safety customer service and professional growth. Responsibilities:

  • Operate an 18-wheel flatbed truck to safely deliver building materials to local job sites.
  • Load secure transport and unload materials with attention to safety and accuracy.
  • Verify deliveries and ensure materials arrive in good condition.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely accurate deliveries.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean professional appearance and follow all company safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class B (or A) license with at least 2 years of commercial driving experience
  • Clean driving record (MVR)
  • Hoisting license or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs
  • Comfortable working in outdoor environments and all weather conditions
