Job Description
Are you a skilled CDL B Driver looking for a stable long-term opportunity with a reputable company Join a well-established building materials supplier in Acton MA and become part of a team that values safety customer service and professional growth. Responsibilities:
- Operate an 18-wheel flatbed truck to safely deliver building materials to local job sites.
- Load secure transport and unload materials with attention to safety and accuracy.
- Verify deliveries and ensure materials arrive in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely accurate deliveries.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
- Maintain a clean professional appearance and follow all company safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL Class B (or A) license with at least 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (MVR)
- Hoisting license or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and all weather conditions
