The Ultra Engineering function manages a portfolio of specialist capabilities generating highly differentiated solutions and products by applying electronic mechanical and software technologies in demanding and critical environments to meet customer needs.Nationality Requirements
Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- On site presence to support high level of contractual data item preparation.
- Support the Engineering Team with the preparation of MS Word and Excel reports.
- Support the engineering data review process.
- Support with customer data item submissions and tracking.
- Complete Data Item document scanning filing and archiving.
- Coordinate and complete project Data Item schedule updates.
- Support document review process.
- Support Engineering team with BOM processing.
- Support longterm scanning efforts of legacy product documentation and drawings.
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience working within a manufacturing environment ideally.
- Experience working with online time and attendance systems desired.
- Use of MS Office Products (Word Excel Power Point).
- Proactive assertive uses initiative.
- Effective time management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- An understanding of confidentiality in the Engineering setting.
Expected Compensation: The expected compensation for this role is between $45000 annually. Please note this is the expected compensation however Ultra Maritime considers many factors in determining compensation prior to offer such as: responsibilities and scope of role candidates work experience and education related to position applicable certifications or trainings business and market conditions.
