Transunion is seeking an Engineering Manager to join Trusted Call Solutions team who will be responsible to Manage & Lead Engineering team(s) that are developing and delivering mission critical services in the field of voice and data applications to global carriers and enterprises. The ideal engineering manager would be working in a fastpaced DevOps environment with an entrepreneurial mindset of solving real world problems by designing developing and maintainingfeatures solutions and scalable production grade microservices in collaboration with other product and engineering teams. This Manager will also work very closely with clients and partners to understand various use cases and realworld problems to solve them systematically with software engineered solutions on time with high quality .

The Manager Software Engg is a key Hands on Technical & People leader with the knowledge experience and drive to Develop Design Deploy and support consistently cutting edge high quality robust and scalable products at Neustar. These products realize Neustars strategy for growth by providing our customers the full set of insights to help them make better informed identity based decisions. The role is based in India with the following set of expectations:
- Product Delivery ownership Technical & Team Leadership inArchitectureDesign Development Deployment Support Technology Transformation and Optimizationof largescaleWeb Applications based on JAVA/Spring with Modern Frontend Angular/React and Backend Technologies NoSQLand Spark/Scalabased product and platforms in Hybrid cloud environments
- Leadership in guiding distributed teams inDesign Development Testing Devopsactivities of theSoftware Products & Services
- Experience inWeb Services Application and Data Platformsassociated Services and tech. UI Development techniques using Angular/React JS or similar frameworks.
- Own the product delivery & Lead the team in an Agile fashionto Design develop test deploy and maintain stateless microservices in various environments (Public/Private Cloud Onpremises in customer domain) using modern techniques of CI/CD
- Contribute in improving best practices to deliver high quality solutions leveraging open source tools/toolkits and utilities with automated builds tests and deployments
- Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional organizations including system architects project managers product managers and operations. Learn and explore new toolsets PoC and technology and innovative solutions
- Identifying production and nonproductionapplication issues root cause mitigation & supportwith teams
- Lead & Coordinate implementations best practices based on requirements fromBusiness Internal & external customerteams. Solid understanding of RESTful systems and principles of good API design. Should have proven experience in building and deploying production grade highly scalable solutions based on cloudnative microservices architecture.
- Collaborate across different teams forArchitecture Design Development Testing and Deployment.Work closely with technical product managers solution architects and other internal stakeholders to address issues in data pipeline and to make sure data is ingested accurately and on time.
- MentorAssist and shadow multiple teams and accomplish the tasks in an exemplary proactive manner.

Qualifications/Education
- Bachelors (B.S) or Masters (M.S) degree in Computer Science or related field
- Total of 10 15 yearsof total experience in the relevant IT technology space is important
- 10 yearsof experience in building applications in core java .Minimum 6 years of software development experience objectoriented design and objectoriented programming experience
- 3 yearsof experience in building application based on spring framework
- 3 yearsexperience in building and designing highly distributed enterprise applications
- Selfmotivated Agile excellent collaborative skills and ability to influence diverse audiences
- Experience working with a remote team and collaboratingacross multiple Time zones
- Must have desire to work in ateam environmentyet beselfdirected proactive and action oriented.
- Proven technical Team Leading and mentoring of team experience is needed for this senior role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage Architect lead teams to Design develop test deploy and maintain stateless microservices in various environments
(Public/Private Cloud Onpremises in customer domain) using modern techniques of CI/CD
Contribute to improving best practices to deliver high quality solutions leveraging open source
tools/toolkits and utilities with automated builds tests and deployments
Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional organizations including system architects project
managers product managers and operations.
Manage and execute integration tests with potential customers/partners/participants using a
cloud based international test bed.
Follow Agile development methodology leveraging tools like GIT (SCM) JIRA (User Stories)
Create solution design documents for customers including acceptance tests.
