We are looking for a parttime Facilities & WellBeing Officer as part of our HR (wellbeing health and safety) and Operations (facilities) team.

As a Facilities & WellBeing Officer you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our workplace environment is conducive to employee satisfaction productivity and overall wellbeing. Therefore you will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations and serving as the internal prevention advisor to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as implementing wellbeing initiatives.

More specifically you will be responsible for:

Facilities Management 40:

• Oversee daytoday operations of the office facilities including maintenance repairs and cleanliness.

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facilityrelated tasks.

• Manage office supplies inventory and procurement process.

• Together with the CSR team enhance initiatives and projects within facilities (assessment of waste setup and office products raising awareness regarding recycling).

Health and Safety/Internal Prevention Advisor 40:

• Serve as the internal prevention advisor ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and mitigate potential hazards through risks assessments and measures implementation. A certified external training will be provided.

• Communicate emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.

• Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety issues.

WellBeing 20:

• Set up a comprehensive wellbeing action plan based on employee feedback organizational goals and budget.

• Develop and implement wellbeing programs and initiatives.

• Follow up on wellbeing actions to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

• Support wellbeing actions linked to the CSR strategy.

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU

• Ideally you hold a bachelors degree in Facilities Management Business Administration Human Resources Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

• You already have a first experience related to Office or Facilities management HR Operations WellBeing at work Health & Safety or similar.

• You are fluent in French and Dutch.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices is a plus. A certification or training is preferred but not mandatory as this can be provided.

• Most important you have a keen interest in workplace wellbeing and health and safety which inspires you to come up with innovative ideas.

• You demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
