Pratt & Whitney (P&W) has a Remote opportunity for a Global Trade Consent Agreement Training Support Manager within the P&W Global Trade Program Management Office.
This role reports directly to the GTPS Program Manager and will coordinate with RTX and P&W Global Trade organizations to lead P&W support for training under the U.S. State Department Consent Agreement.
What you Will Do
In this dynamic and fastpaced role you will partner and collaborate with business leaders and Global Trade colleagues across the company through all phases of the consent agreement including but not limited to training identification/preparation and maintenance.
The ability to build relationships coach and influence peers & leaders exercise good judgment and work effectively across P&W is critical in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead P&Ws satisfaction of the additional training requirements set forth in CA paragraph 11.
Represent P&W on RTX Consent Agreement training development team and collaborate with SMEs and contributors to achieve our obligations and further strengthen the GT program.
Coordinate with stakeholder functions both within and beyond the Global Trade organization to develop deploy and track training obligations under the consent agreement.
Assist in preparing for P&Ws engagements with and presentations to RTX Global Trade leadership the Special Compliance Officer external auditors and U.S. Government regarding P&Ws actions and activities in furtherance of the Consent Agreement paragraphs 11.
Build relationships across the RTX Global Ethics and Compliance network and serve as a key point of contact for all Consent Agreement training related items.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors degree with 8 years of applicable experience; OR Advanced Degree and 5 years of applicable experience.
Work experience in roles that ensure compliance with the ITAR EAR and U.S. sanctions regulations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills specifically related to working with crossfunctional teams in a matrixed organization.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Must be able todevelopclear concise andlogicallywritten training businesscommunicationsas well as deliver recommendations effectively to key stakeholders and demanding audiences.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Strong project management skills: timeline management defining deliverables and coordinating with various stakeholders prioritization and organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve desired results
Experience developing and deploying training content within the P&W training systems.
Ability to analyze complex information and develop easy to understand training modules.
Excellent customer relation/interpersonal skills demonstrating ability to collaborate with multiple business functions and internal customers.
Excellentbusiness savvyto proactively identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently including cost/benefit analysis through processes.
Experiencedleadercompetencies especially influentialcommunicationsstrategic thinkingcollaborationcustomerfocus whiledrivingresults.
Effectivecommunication/presentationcritical thinking and problemsolving skills
Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing tasks.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
