Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Employment Opportunity
Overview
Actively seeking a Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our existing multispecialty medical group specifically in our Urology department in our West Valley City clinic.
Job Summary
The APP is responsible for Urologyspecific patient needs including but not limited to; evaluation and management surgeryrelated treatment plans appropriate medications and the ability to provide excellent care in a busy environment. EMR Chart management performed within eClinicalWorks.

Minimum Requirements:
- Appropriate and applicable licensure education and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Utah.
- Proper insurance credentialing prior to patient treatment
- Board Certification/Eligible
- Preferred experience: 12 years
- Preferred specialties: Urology
