Your Role:

As the Internal Communications Specialist youll be responsible for helping shape and amplify employee (or in Vital Farms speak crew) communications ensuring clarity transparency and engagement among crew across the country. Youll work collaboratively with our production facility crew at Egg Central Station (ECS) immersing yourself in the culture to help shape transparent effective communications strategies that map daytoday work to Vital Farms broader strategy. Youll be the engaging voice that drives clarity and connection across allcrew channelsdrafting editing and distributing a variety of internal communications including newsletters announcements intranet and campaigns.

What Youll Do:

• Draft edit and distribute a variety of internal communications including newsletters announcements intranet and campaigns.
• Develop a strong pulse for sentiment among Egg Central Station (ECS) crew members and how daytoday work relates to Vital Farms strategy to proactively identify and address gaps.
• Collaborate with the Egg Central Station (ECS) leadership team to deliver updates in a clear consistent and compelling manner.
• Partner with internal stakeholders such as Inclusion & Belonging Crew Engagement and People teams to align communications with companywide initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of internal communication efforts through surveys feedback and engagement metrics.
• Contribute ideas to improve communication strategies based on data and insights.
• Flex across multistakeholder comms needs where necessary.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelors degree preferred in lieu of degree relevant year of experience will be considered
• 3 years of experience in internal communications public relations or a related field
• Ability to travel to Springfield MOapproximately 12times monthly with flexibility
• Ability to travel 3040 for company onboarding team meetings and other business needs
• Strong writing editing and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Experience working in the CPG production industry preferred
• Proficiency in communication tools such as Microsoft Office Staffbase Canvaand intranet systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external partners.
• Comfortable with the flexibility of working in a fastpaced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

At Vital Farms compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include but are not limited to skill levelexperience education training market demands and business needs.A reasonable estimate of the current starting annual base salary for this position is $65000 $85000. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum end of the range would not be typical in order to allow for potential continued future salary growth.
