Job Description
PIVOT POINT INC. a manufacturer of nonthreaded fasteners located in Hustisford WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a *Full Time Automated Machine Setup Operator* position.
This person would learn to set up troubleshoot and operate some of our impressive proprietary automated machinery.
*Full Time 2nd Shift (MondayThursday 2:20pm12:50am)
Training for the first 23 months would be on 1st shift MonThurs 5am3:30pm initially then possibly split shift during adjustment period) for this position.
The machines being used are very specific to our internal operations so we are looking for *experienced candidates*with strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities first and foremost.
*Requirements:*
*Experience in Manufacturing Machining required highly preferred experienced**working with Metal*
**Strong mechanical aptitude**
**Ability to do machine setups and troubleshoot mechanical problems**
**3 years of experience both operating AND setting up machines**
*Ability to work independently*
Excellent attention to detail ability to use close tolerance measuring tools
Ability to perform repetitive motion standing or sitting in one place for extended periods of time
Ability to read and understand blueprints Q.C. sheets and measuring devices
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of what is needed to produce quality parts
