Title: Host Le Depot Brasserie
Compensation: $21/hr tips; Benefits available for fulltime employees
Location: Le Depot Brasserie;Park City Utah
Reef Capital Partners is a Utahbased investment firm founded in 2005 with offices in Lehi UT Park City UT and Ivins UT. Reef focuses on commercial real estate lending and development across the U.S.
This an exciting opportunity for a growing restaurant group who has partnered with Reef led by James Beard Award Winning Chef Galen Zamarra located in the heart of Park City Utah an internationally renowned ski destination. Our two new culinary concepts in Old Town Park City consist of a 100 seat brasserie and bar Le Depot Brasserie and a French pastry & coffee shop Union Patisserie.
Position Overview:
The Host at Le Depot Brasserie will be responsible for greeting and seating guests and answering phone calls concerning reservations. You will handle guest requests with tact and diplomacy. Your warm and friendly personality will make guests feel welcome and want to return.
Ongoing Duties
- Greet guests with a smile and welcome them to the restaurant & seat them accordingly
- Take reservations over the phone and in person while working at the host stand
- Handle any guest request or complaints with graciousness and cheer.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work during the dinner hours
- Present a positive professional image.
- Must speak and read english at a good level; and the ability to legally work in the United States
- Previous experience with Open Table Toast or Resy preferred
Work Experience: 12 years experience as a host in a fine dining restaurant preferred; or 2 years customer service experience in a hotel or resort environment.
Education: High School Diploma; College degree preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Perform various physical movements throughout the work area
- Stand and walk for extended periods both at the host stand and throughout the restaurant
- Endure changes of temperature between indoor and outdoor environments
