What You Will Do:
As a Consultant you will be a member of our Healthcare Financial Transformation solution and part of a team responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals health systems and medical groups. Typically Consultants work on multiple assignments at any given time and receive exposure to a broad range of healthcare projects across the practice including process improvement financial /risk modeling and data analytics.
We are looking for a combination of deep Revenue Cycle knowledge and Epic capabilities to transform healthcare and deliver best in class results for our clients. Joining our team would provide you with an opportunity to leverage your Revenue Cycle and EMR/EHR experience to create immediate value for your clients.
Qualified candidates will have working knowledge in at least one the below core areas:
- Financial Clearance/Access
- Denials
- Cash Acceleration
- Epic EMR/EHR
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree
- 1years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience including Financial Clearance/Access Denials Cash Acceleration (minimum of one or combined experience
- Epic EMR/EHR experience
- Demonstrated management of smaller work streams or deliverables
- Advanced Excel expertise
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration or Clinical Administration
- 1 years of healthcare managementconsulting and/or professional servicesexperience
- Epic certifications; HB Resolute highly preferred
