Cluster Head Tech

Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the facilities within a group of buildings & multiple sites ensuring smooth operations maintenance and safety. They typically manage budgets supervise staff and contractors and ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Minimum 7 Years experience is required handling multiple sites for a client.

Job Description

About the Role:
  • Oversee Facilities:
    This includes managing building maintenance repairs and upgrades across the cluster.
  • Budget Management:
    Develop and manage the facilities budget for the cluster including capital projects and operating expenses.
  • Staff and Contractor Supervision:
    Supervise facility staff contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all facilities within the cluster adhere to relevant safety regulations building codes and company policies.
  • Security:
    Manage and oversee security systems and procedures within the cluster including access control and emergency protocols.
  • Space Management:
    Plan and manage space allocation and usage within the cluster to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Project Management:
    Coordinate and manage capital projects renovations and other buildingrelated projects.
  • Vendor Management:
    Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors for various services including cleaning maintenance and repairs.
  • Problem Solving:
    Address facilityrelated issues promptly and effectively providing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    Prepare reports on facility performance budget variances and other key metrics.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and motivate the facilities team providing guidance and support to staff.

About You:
Multiple site handling experience is essential
Previous experience handling Key Account Manager Role is preferrable
Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
Strong written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fastpaced environment
