Job Summary:
Raytheon Company is looking for an experienced supply chain professional to join the SM3 program as a Material Program Manager. We are looking for a selfstarter who can develop and achieve program objectives in a matrixed environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership. In this highly visible role you will be the liaison between Supply Chain and the Program Team. Youll create and execute Material Program Strategies and Plans to ensure the flawless of products and programs from the front end of the business through contract closure.
This position is an onsite role; located in Tucson Arizona. Applicant must be located in Tucson or willing to relocate.
What You Will Do:
- Developing and executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans.
- Planning and executing sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process.
- Identifying Customer Prime Contract FlowDowns and obtaining any required Terms Attachments (TAttachments) and/or Modifications (TCMs).
- Assisting with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs).
- Generating Supplier Request for Information/Proposals/Quotes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and obtaining and understanding supplier proposals/quotes.
- Generating and processing Supplier New Add / ReActivation requests.
- Driving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management.
- Participating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience within supply chain and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Experience reporting results.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Power Point).
- Experience with Production Control and/or Procurement processes and requirements.
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Masters Degree in Business Administration Finance Supply Chain Management or related.
- Experience with in one or more of the following Management Contracts Operations and/or Strategic Sourcing
- Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs).
- Experience in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Experience with Earned Value Management and Financial forecasting.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
