In this key role youll be the face of our office ensuring our customers receive topnotch service and guidance. Youll take the lead in:
- Building customer relationships that go beyond the basics offering tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
- Mentoring and coaching the New Account Team helping them develop their skills and achieve success.
- Setting the standard for accuracy organization and attention to detail creating a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Driving performance by managing monthly sales reporting monitoring sales goals and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

This position is onsite in Waukesha WI
This position requires the ability to obtain an active NMLS Registry Record
