Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Commercial Lines Account Manager with previous trucking experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the overall satisfaction of clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their insurance needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients underwriters and other stakeholders.
- Analyze client insurance needs and provide customized solutions and recommendations.
- Process policy changes endorsements renewals and other account maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify crossselling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends regulations and coverage options to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial lines insurance and account management.
- Strong understanding of insurance products policies and coverage options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in industryspecific software and platforms.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Previous trucking experience is required.
- Previous oil/gas experience is preferred.
