Pay Range 100k 115k plus currently offering a 5000 bonus after 6 months of successful employment!

As the Director of Nursing at The Waters Senior Living your role will be pivotal in fostering connections with our residents and their families creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Would you be a great Director of Nursing
To thrive as the Director of Nursing at The Waters on Mayowood you will need a valid RN License in the State of Minnesota paired with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role ideally within senior care. Your expertise should include comprehensive knowledge of elder care practices enabling you to address the unique needs of our residents. While experience with Eldermark software is preferred a willingness to learn new tools is essential for efficient management and assessments.
Strong leadership skills are crucial as you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of nursing professionals. Excellent communication empathy and organizational abilities will further empower you to create a nurturing environment that enhances the quality of life for our residents. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Valid RN License in the State of Minnesota
- 3 years of experience in similar role preferred
- Experience with elder population
- Eldermark experience preferred but not required
