What Youll Be Doing:

As an Accounts Payable Specialist youll play a critical role in managing corporate payables credit card transactions and inventoryrelated bills. Your key responsibilities include:

Processing HighVolume Accounts Payable Accurately manage vendor invoices and payments across multiple divisions.
Corporate Credit Card Administration Process monthly division credit cards handle new hire credit card requests and manage reorder requests.
Vendor Management Set up and maintain vendor accounts in our system for MN and ND divisions.
Ensuring Compliance & Accuracy Keep meticulous financial records while adhering to policies and deadlines.
Collaborating Across Departments Work closely with finance operations and leadership to resolve payment issues and drive efficiency.
Ad Hoc Projects & Process Improvements Were growing and we need someone who is excited to optimize and scale with us!

Who Were Looking For:

We want a fastpaced detailoriented problem solver who is excited about joining a highgrowth company. Ideal candidates will have:

3 years of experience in highvolume Accounts Payable
Strong organizational and time management skills deadlines dont scare you.
A teamfirst mentality you collaborate well but also thrive independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills youll be working with vendors and internal teams daily.
A proactive mindset you take ownership are selfreliant and constantly look for ways to improve processes.
Techsavviness & willingness to learn new systems growth means change and we want someone who adapts quickly!

Preferred Skills & Systems Experience:

• Microsoft Excel & Word you know your way around spreadsheets.
• Sage Intacct experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred but not required.

Location: Onsite in Eden Prairie MN headquarters

Pay: $2528/hr depending on experience
